Welcome! I’m Sue Webb, a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and student of mindfulness. With over 25 years of yoga practice and 7 years immersed in meditation, my journey has been one of continuous growth, healing, and transformation. I offer a unique approach to yoga and meditation that integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices to help you build resilience, cultivate clarity, and foster a deeper connection with yourself.
As a mother of four daughters, ranging from a teenager to twenty-somethings, I understand the importance of balance, self-care, and the ability to show up fully in both personal and professional spaces. My experience as a mother has deepened my understanding of life’s complexities, and I bring this perspective into my teaching with compassion and understanding.
As a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor, I specialize in creating safe, welcoming spaces where all individuals can explore and nurture their bodies, regardless of experience or background. I teach a variety of yoga styles, including gentle, vinyasa, and power yoga, with an emphasis on listening to your body and honoring its needs. Each class is designed to guide you through a holistic experience that nurtures both mind and body.
I am also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, having completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program under the guidance of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I offer courses for those new to mindfulness as well as those seeking to deepen their practice. My work includes helping individuals harness the power of mindfulness to reduce stress, increase emotional resilience, and develop greater compassion—for both themselves and others. I incorporate heart practices into my meditation offerings, including loving kindness and self-compassion practices.
As part of my meditation training, I’ve engaged in racial awareness and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) work, which informs the compassionate and inclusive way I approach my teaching.
I am also a proud member of Sana Meditation, where we create opportunities for the community to experience the healing benefits of meditation with offerings like sound bath meditations, mindful hikes, and more. My mission is to help you rediscover your inner peace, build awareness, and live with more presence and intention.
Whether you’re looking to quiet your mind, stretch your body, or take a deeper dive into mindfulness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we can create a practice that honors who you are and where you are on your journey.
