A warm, grounded approach to yoga, meditation, and sound practices.
I’m Sue Webb—a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and someone who cares deeply about helping people feel more steady, clear, and connected in their daily lives. My path has unfolded over more than 25 years of yoga practice and meditation study. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most meaningful shifts often come from simple, consistent practices done with care and curiosity.
As a mother of four daughters, I understand the realities of a full, modern life. I’ve navigated seasons of intensity, transition, and change, and those experiences have shaped the way I teach. I know what it feels like to need grounding, to crave clarity, and to search for steadiness—and I bring that understanding into every class and session.
My teaching blends yoga, mindfulness, breath awareness, and gentle somatic practices to support the whole person—body, mind, and heart. I aim to create welcoming spaces where people can show up exactly as they are, move in ways that feel supportive, and reconnect with themselves without pressure or expectation.
I’m certified in yoga and mindfulness meditation, with additional training in trauma-informed approaches and racial awareness work. My education has strengthened my belief that when people feel safe and seen, real growth and healing can happen. Whether I’m guiding a movement practice, a meditation, or a sound bath, my focus is always on offering steadiness, clarity, and compassion.
Alongside my individual teaching, I’m also part of Sana Meditation, where Tiffany Tran and I collaborate to bring calming sound experiences, mindful events, and community practices to Tulsa and beyond.
Whether you’re looking to pause, breathe, move, rest, or begin again, I’m here to support your journey. We’ll take it one moment at a time—simple, grounded, and with a genuine care for your well-being.
