The Pause: Deep Meditation Practice

The Pause: Deep Meditation is a 90-minute guided meditation class designed to support presence, ease, and inward attention.

This class offers a gradual and supportive approach to meditation. We begin by settling the body and gently working with the breath, creating the conditions for stillness and sustained attention. From there, we move into guided meditation and close with a sound bath to support listening, rest, and integration.

This is an opportunity to spend extended time in meditation with guidance, structure, and care—without needing to figure anything out on your own.

Each session includes:

  • Somatic settling to support the body

  • Gentle breathing practices

  • Guided meditation

  • A closing sound bath (Learn more about sound baths here.)

  • Time for quiet reflection or questions, if desired

This class is supportive for both beginners and experienced meditators.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
