Join Sue and Tiffany for a sound bath meditation where you will be bathed in sound waves to relax, rebalance and ground.

Lie down, get heavy, and let the bowls and gongs carry you somewhere quiet.

This is your monthly reset — a chance to drop out of go-mode and let your nervous system catch up. The sound gives your mind something easy to rest on, your breath slows on its own, and your body remembers it's allowed to soften. You'll leave feeling like you napped for an hour and exhaled for the first time all week.

Bring a mat, a blanket, and whatever helps you get comfortable on the floor.

Space is limited — arrive early to claim your spot.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga Mat: For your comfort during the session.

  • Blanket: To keep warm and cozy.

  • Pillow/Cushion: For added comfort if you wish.

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear something you can easily relax in.

  • Open Mind and Heart: Come with an open mind and be ready to enjoy the soothing sounds.

Additional Tips:

  • Arrive Early: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to settle in.

  • Silence Phones: Ensure your mobile devices are turned off or on silent mode.

  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after the session.
