In the midst of a busy and emotional season, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed. The 14 Days of Calm Challenge is designed to help you find balance, no matter what’s happening around you. This two-week journey includes simple, accessible daily yoga and meditation practices to help you reconnect with your inner peace and take care of your mental and emotional well-being.

Enjoy two weeks of yoga and meditation classes with Sue at The Wellness Studio at Wompa—access to 18 classes at no additional charge (a $270 value!).

Whether you’re feeling anxious or hopeful, drained or energized, this challenge offers a space for you to breathe, reset, and approach each day with more calm and clarity. Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive community committed to showing up for themselves and each other.

You will receive daily emails that include:

  • A 10-20 minute video yoga or meditation practice,
  • Mindfulness practices to ease stress and anxiety,
  • Simple techniques to help you stay grounded,
  • Opportunities to ask questions about your yoga or meditation practice.
