Sound Meditation is a 60-minute monthly practice built around two ways of being with sound.
In the first part, active listening, Sue guides your awareness through sound and silence — your attention becomes the tool.
The practice closes with passive listening, a crystal bowl sound bath where there is nothing to do but rest. Sound as your focus. Sound as your rest.
Held the second Saturday of every month at Updog Yoga. No experience needed.
