The Pause: Deep Meditation Workshop is a 90-minute exploration of mindfulness and presence designed to help you settle, soften, and reconnect inward.
Through guided meditation, gentle breath awareness, sound, and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll learn simple practices that support clarity, ease, and emotional steadiness.
Each session includes:
Somatic settling to support the body
Gentle breathing practices
Guided meditation
A closing sound bath (Learn more about sound baths here.)
Time for quiet reflection or questions, if desired
This class is supportive for both beginners and experienced meditators.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
