Candlelight Sound Bath with Sana Meditation

Join Sue and Tiffany for a rare evening sound bath at Updog Yoga, designed to help you unwind and reset at the end of your week.

The studio will be softly lit by candlelight, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably while layered sounds — crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments — gently fill the space.

This is not an active practice. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform. Simply rest and allow the sound to wash over you.

Sound meditation can support nervous system regulation, ease physical tension, and create a sense of steadiness after a busy week. Many people leave feeling clearer, lighter, and deeply settled.
