We’re delighted to bring this experience to West by Laurannae in Broken Arrow for the very first time.
This 90-minute gathering is an invitation to slow down and step out of the noise of the day. We’ll begin by settling into the space, followed by an immersive sound bath, where layered tones and vibrations offer the body and nervous system a chance to soften, unwind, and rest. Afterward, we’ll hold quiet space for reflection and journaling, allowing time to integrate and notice what’s shifted.
This experience is intentionally spacious—there is nothing to do, nowhere to get to. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and let the sounds carry you.
No prior experience is needed. This offering is especially welcoming to those who are new to sound baths and curious to explore something calming, grounding, and restorative in a supportive setting.
