In the midst of a busy and emotional season, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed. The 14 Days of Calm Challenge is designed to help you find balance, no matter what’s happening around you. This two-week journey includes simple, accessible daily yoga and meditation practices delivered to your inbox to help you reconnect with your inner peace and take care of your mental and emotional well-being.

Whether you’re feeling anxious or hopeful, drained or energized, this challenge offers a space for you to breathe, reset, and approach each day with more calm and clarity. Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive community committed to showing up for themselves and each other.

What’s included:

  • Daily yoga and meditation sessions (10-20 minutes) emailed to you.
  • 2 weeks unlimited yoga and meditation classes with Sue at Wompa. Virtual classes available.
  • Mindful practices to ease stress and anxiety
  • Simple techniques to help you stay grounded
  • A community of like-minded individuals sharing the journey
