This class series offers a comprehensive approach to deepening your meditation practice, combining weekly classes with daily practice to strengthen your skills. Over the course of six months, we will explore foundational mindfulness meditation techniques designed to enhance mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
COST is $10 per Monday class. The weekday Zoom practices are included in Monday's class fee.

A 3-Week Meditation & Mindfulness Series

Join us this July for a nurturing exploration of your inner landscape. In this 3-week series, we’ll turn inward with curiosity and care—clearing what no longer serves, enriching what sustains us, and gently encouraging what wants to bloom. Each week we’ll engage in mindfulness practices, meditations, and reflections designed to cultivate clarity, presence, and intention.

Week 1 – Weeding the Mind:

Let go of unhelpful thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and distractions. We’ll explore how to gently notice and release what crowds our inner space.

Week 2 – Nourishing the Soil:

Learn to replenish your inner resources through rest, compassion, and connection. Practices will focus on grounding and restoring what supports your well-being.

Week 3 – Slowing Down to Listen Inward...Blossoming with Intention:

Step into your fullest expression with clarity and confidence. This week is about aligning with your values and allowing your intentions to bloom.

Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice, this series offers a chance to root down, grow steady, and feel supported in your own unfolding.

What to Expect

  • New Skills Series every month: Each series, we will dive into a focused meditation topic. You’ll learn new skills each week that build upon each other, giving you a structured path for deepening your practice.
  • Weekly Classes: One class per week focused on a specific meditation technique or theme.
  • Morning Live Zoom Practices: In addition to the weekly classes, I’ll guide several live Zoom meditations in the mornings. This is an opportunity to build consistency, reinforce what you’ve learned, and create a deeper connection to your practice. Watch the recording if you can't make the live practice.

Weekday Zoom Sessions

We will meet several weekday mornings to practice what we learned in Monday's class.
These are short 15-minute practices designed to help you stay connected to your meditation throughout the week. I understand that this time may not work for everyone, so they are recorded and emailed to you so you can practice at your convenience.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays– 6:00 AM

To make this series as accessible as possible, you have two options to join. You choose the option that best supports your practice.

💛 Full Month Access – $30

  • Includes all Monday evening classes for the month.
  • A great option for those who want to fully commit to the month’s theme.

💛 Drop-In Option – $10 per Monday class

  • Pay as you go, attending the sessions that work for you.
