This class series offers a comprehensive approach to deepening your meditation practice, combining weekly classes with daily practice to strengthen your skills. Over the course of six months, we will explore foundational mindfulness meditation techniques designed to enhance mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
COST is $10 per Monday class. The weekday Zoom practices are included in Monday's class fee.
Join us for a month of practices designed to expand your awareness, deepen your presence, and soften your relationship with yourself and the world around you. Each week will highlight a different mindfulness skill to explore in community.
🌿 Week 1: Awareness of Sounds
Open your attention to the sounds around and within you. This practice strengthens your ability to stay grounded in the present moment and brings clarity through the simplicity of listening.
🚶♀️ Week 2: Walking Meditation
Experience mindfulness in motion. Walking meditation teaches us how to bring awareness into everyday movement, helping us find calm and connection in each step.
🌌 Week 3: Open Awareness
Explore a spacious form of mindfulness where we practice being present with whatever arises—thoughts, sensations, sounds, or emotions—without needing to focus on one thing. This practice supports ease, receptivity, and balance.
💛 Week 4: Compassion
A tender and courageous practice of softening the heart. We’ll explore forgiveness of others and ourselves—not as a quick fix, but as a way to let go of burdens that keep us stuck and return to compassion and freedom.

We will meet several weekday mornings to practice what we learned on Monday. These are short 15-minute practices designed to help you stay connected to your meditation throughout the week. I understand that this time may not work for everyone, so they are recorded and emailed to you so you can practice at your convenience.
